Thank you, thank you THANK YOU to Chris Kitson for getting me to (and through) the London Marathon yesterday!

I joined up thinking I needed direction for training to know what runs to do when etc, but it turned into so much more than that! A mentally tough few months topped up with injuries and niggles meant he turned into Chief Motivator! I literally wouldn't have done this without him - 3 weeks ago I was ready to pull out but he was there with all the right words at the right times.
